Q: Are your products Cruelty Free and Vegan?
A: Absolutely! All of our products at Wonder Lacquer are 100% Cruelty Free and Vegan. Please take a look at our blog, "Wonder Lacquer is 10-Free, Cruelty Free and Vegan!"
Q: I love wearing your polish, but are your nail polishes non-toxic?
A: Yes! All of our nail polishes are non-toxic, in fact, they are 10-Free! We talk more extensively about it in our blog "Wonder Lacquer is 10-Free, Cruelty Free and Vegan!" You can find all the ingredients under every bottle by peeling the tag with the nail polish name. You can also find them on our website.
Q: What if I need a return or exchange or my item(s) are damaged?
A: We are more than glad to help and make things right, please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
Q: I love your products, but I live outside of the United States, do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship to Canada but plan to ship to other countries in the near future. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to get the latest news and be the first to know when we start shipping to your country. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
Q: I can't wait to get my collection. What shipping options do you offer?
A: In order to keep your total cost low, our shipping options vary, depending on what the USPS and our other carriers are currently offering as the "best bang for your buck." Why? Because we want you to have more money for nail polish— that's why! 😜. Be sure to keep an eye out for our free shipping promotions by following us on Instagram and Facebook. Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: We Ship your order within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via the email address you provided. Shipping generally takes 2-8 days for orders in the United States and up 14 business days for international orders. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
Q: I just placed my order, is it possible to make changes to it?
A: We will do our best to make the changes. Please contact us at email@example.com ASAP. We may be able to make those changes for you. Unfortunately, if the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Q: Why does it say "Distributed by D&G Cosmetics LLC" under each nail polish bottle?
A: D&G Cosmetics LLC is our business name as it's filed with the California Secretary of State. Wonder Lacquer is our premium nail polish line, which we operate under our company D&G Cosmetics LLC.
Q: My manis came out amazing! Is there a way for me to share my masterpiece?
